Location: Livingston, Central Belt, Scotland
Salary: £28,400 per year
Hours: 5 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Friday
Benefits: 28 days holiday per year
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing meat products to high-quality standards.
• Operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet daily targets.
• Maintaining strict cleanliness, food safety, and attention to detail atall times.
• Developing expertise in commercial knife skills and butchery techniques.
