Early 2020 through 2021 with various lockdowns and restrictions, COVID 19 pandemic profoundly affected Fife Creamery However, despite these challenges, the company demonstrated resilience and adaptability and saw an increase in turnover and significant staff recruitment in the years following.

In 2025 we reached something of a unique milestone as Donald Simpson marked 50 years of service, we also celebrated that 26 of our employees had reached a collective nearly 800 years of service to Fife Creamery! Testament to our continuing commitment to our staff and high regard for values and culture within the business.
